Frederick and Bulleh Bablitch

Our Founders:
Bulleh Bablitch is a native of Liberia and a citizen of Madison, Wisconsin. A mother, wife and respected colleague, Bablitch has spent much of her personal time and money to create economic opportunities and improve the lives of her fellow Liberians. Currently, she lives in Madison with her two daughters, Laytee and Nancy. Bulleh is the daughter of former Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Bill Bablitch.

Dr. Frederick Norkeh arrived in the United States from Liberia with merely $800 to his name, wanting only an opportunity for an education. He earned his associate degree in industrial engineering from the Madison Area Technical College and continued his education, obtaining his doctoral degree in public administration from Hamline University in Minnesota. Upon completing his Ph.D., Norkeh returned to Liberia to work alongside Liberian President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf as the deputy minister of commerce and industries. He currently provides oversight to Project Libera operations within Liberia.
